"Visit: 3/1/2019 I was very excited to visit Voodoo Doughnut in Austin, as I had a very positive experience at Voodoo Doughnut in Portland in the past. Unfortunately, I was let down by this location. They were out of many of their vegan donuts so my choices were a bit limited. I ordered the Portland cream doughnut and it was very dry and not worth finishing. Certainly not like the positive experience I had in Portland. I'll stick to the Portland location for now."

voodoo in austin has delicious donuts (although perhaps overrated) and after vegan I went surprised to find the vegan options here just as well as the regular ones.

really good donuts here: crispy, decent size, and delicious cream or gel filling. I would probably eat next time if the packaging takes some of the icing with it. there were about 8 vegan aromen and a tonne more non-vegan options. the maple cream and pbj were really good. I hope they decide to get away with the speck and make him facon in the future.
