"The idea of this place is great! Applaud them for that! But sadly, execution or probably more like lack of demand for a fresh seafood and butchery in Waco? Have pretty much doomed it : Had prime ribeye steaks cut, They were very very tough. But the worst part was the fresh corn on the cob. When I opened it it smelled funky but I cooked it anyway. Totally inedible I imagine looked pleasing but like just totally rotten?Still don't like that they had NO coffee except by cup And wish I had gotten a picture of this swordfish. It was so pathetic. Tiny thin pieces. Absolutely zero resemblance to a hunk of fresh swordfish from New England.Needs 100% revamp? Half an aisle of flavored candy corn? And...

We came in 5 til 6. Cashier giving bad looks and turned off the lights. Wasn't 6 yet. We would have been through by 6 but with her bad attitude we didn't buy anything. Need to teach their employees about customer service.
