"We love the food but they’ve had challenges with the service staff from the beginning. Huge turnover. In managers as well as wait staff. Last night was especially annoying. We went early to avoid crowds. There were only 3 tables occupied. We ordered an appetizer roll and our two entrees. We waited and waited. Usually the appetizer comes within 10 minutes. Sometimes 5 minutes. At 20 minutes we flagged down a service person (not the one who took our order) and asked if he could please check on the appetizer.
