"Rude employees. on the drive through the window around 10:25, was said to wait a moment. that's good, but when someone came to me at 10:31 and asked for an breakfast piece, they told me that the breakfast was over at 10:30 a.m. and they wouldn't allow me to order the breakfast. instead of kindly explaining that I was too late for breakfast after he was told to wait, the staff was rude about it."

"The food at this restaurant is always delicious, but they have once again forgotten to include chicken in my salad. This has happened not just once, but multiple times. Every time I order delivery, there seems to be a problem with my order being incorrect. I have had to argue with Panera to fix these mistakes. They even told me that it is my responsibility to contact DoorDash to have my order redelivered, even though the mistake was not on their end. This will be the last time I order from Panera."

"with my children for lunch. saw one because the summer goes away. I finally went to the pick-up window and asked the lady if our food was done. She says it's over here and shows up on a table next to the pickup window. I explained the dame that the summer never went out and she said the accu is not dead. when we got our food, the suppe was not even hot and my daughter mac and cheese were cold. very disappointed."

"One of the best meals I’ve had. The tomato soup in the bread bowl was so damn good. I added some to as o sauce to turn it up a notch hit delicious. The chicken teriyaki with broccoli is to die for. It’s fabulous. I recommend eating adhere non-stop. The service is fast with four cashiers, take out is working in zinc at the same time as customers were hopping in just to pickup and no lineup at all. Their service is tip notch and the place is very clean."

"Been to this location a bunch, it’s Panera, so it almost always slaps. But, today I had the best customer service and it just made my whole day! The woman taking my order in drive through was named Bethany. She was so positive and she probably didn’t even realize she was making me smile and laugh a lil just by ordering through the drive through intercom. I loved her positivity! The woman who took my payment at the window, although I didn’t catch her name (beautiful red nails and cool flower tattoo on arm) was super lovely as well and really communicative and positive! I got a coffee and a bagel and I pulled out the drive through to park to get my stuff settled and I realized that I was missing my extra cream cheese I ordered. Literally, NO big deal at all, but since I was still on site I decided just to pull through drive through again and get it. Bethany, still as upbeat and cheerful as can be, apologized, correct the tiny little mistake and beyond! I’ve worked in service industry for over 10 years. It’s a thankless job pretty much all the time. But, I want to personally thank these ladies for making my day with their awesome personalities, great service, and positivity! 5 stars"

"The food was good. The order was simply enough because we used the self-control in the restaurant. Things took a slight downturn when we sat and waited for our food as they call our name, as the screen said they would. But after about 15 minutes waiting time we went by to see that our food was just sitting in a bag waiting for us to grab. Overall no bad experience, but it would have been nice to notify that our food was ready."

"Panera Cool Springs. Specifically ordered late after lunch rush for curbside. Received the order is ready notice, pulled up, put flashers on as instructed and sat for almost 20 mins. Now I know your thinking why didn 't you go in... first because I had my dog in the car and didn 't want to leave her in 89 degree heat and second had just had knee surgery the day before. So I called and was hung up on 5 times! Finally I asked a guy to keep an eye on my dog and hobbled inside, they had no such order I must have made a mistake, till I showed them the confirmations. There were only about 5 people in the store and they couldn 't even answer the phone! Finally they found my order, I left so angry why let it bother me because this was the 2nd time, food ice cold. My neighbors told me they go to one much further away to avoid this particular store. Fool me once... guess I was the fool. Never again will I spend a dime there."

"Great news! I noticed new staff working at this Panera Bread location and the difference is already amazing. I brought my 3-month-old baby this morning to pick up a large breakfast order and decided to go inside since quick pick-up wasn't available through the app. A helpful employee didn't hesitate to assist me, explaining that they were short-staffed but would do their best to quickly serve me through the drive-thru. This experience gave me hope for this place as I had never had a friendly or efficient visit here before. In the past, with hardly anyone in the restaurant, it was a struggle to get the correct order amidst an unpleasant atmosphere. However, on 6/30/2022, my recent visit to this Panera Bread location was disappointing once again, with yet another missing element in my order. It seems I have never received a complete order at this place."

"Parking is sort of weird for this location because it's on a hill and on a corner. So unless you get a spot right in front of the building then you walk a little bit. If it's raining it creates a sort of river you have to cross. They have a lot of good options but I always get the you pick two deal. Usually with half a sandwich and half a salad. It's not a bad deal unless you want a signature item and then it's $1 more. I thought the kids meal was sort of a rip off. It was a small sandwich and a yogurt tube for $4 and they didn't give me a drink so I assumed it didn't come with one. The food is good just a little bit pricey for a quick lunch or dinner."

"I feel it 's a waste of time looking at all the negative reviews but, here goes. I love panera. It 's the one treat I allow myself once in awhile. Usually the only issue is missing chips. I let it go because that 's not what I go for. Window staff is amazing. It 's clean, and when made correctly...the food is delish. I always get the roast turkey Avocado BLT. ALWAYS. Sometimes they can be stingy on the Avocado but rarely. Tonight... was a joke. The AVOCADO was just traces of it on the wrapper...smears basically. There was NO Avocado. It 's IN the name of the sandwich for Pete 's sake.... people. Get it right!"

"wifi has not worked for 3 weeks, which is extremely frustrating, especially if it is the nearest restaurant and coffee place to a great university. I have made it aware of the manager on the last 3 Sundays. they say that they realize that “it has been beaten.” when they are asked when they are fixed, they say: “You have to turn to a tech company.” so frustrating. "If I could give it zero star I would. Our office is behind this Panera bread location. I go at least couple of times each week and other people in my office do too! Customer service is never good but today I am beyond disappointed and I wonder if the management actually cares enough to even know about this. Masks are supposed to be mandatory inside the restaurant and today this guy had a mask on but his chin is the one that was wearing the mask! How inconsiderate and the staff at Panera never once thought of reminding him. I purchased an orange scone and a soufflée! Each item was squeezed in the smallest bag, no napkins and no utensils for the soufflé! Just very disappointing to say the least!"

"Ordered 2 of the new Mac and cheese sandwiches. When they called my name i could barely hear them and someone else walked up so I assumed it was their order and continued waiting. You cannot see the order pick up area from most of the tables. A while later a very cranky employee came up and ordered us to go get our food which was now stone cold. I explained my confusion and they dismissed me and said it's been waiting for you it shouldn't be our job to deliver it to your table.... ok that's fine but would it kill you to call the name out again if the wrong person comes for it and it's sitting there a few min later? Ate our cold sandwiches and left, it's been 2 or so years since I've gone to Panerai and I'm starting to remember why."
