"The ramen is decent, but lacks any acidity and causes a very dull, salty taste.Beers are cheap, 5$ for a Sapporo.Service is variable. Some stuff came out fast. Other stuff needed reminding. Water was refilled consistently.The bun part of the Bao was soft and sweet. The chashu was too salty. Couldn't taste other flavours.It was well priced for Seattle but not special."

Literally cannot go wrong with anything on their menu here. The broth is some of the best I've had in Seattle with tender meat and perfectly cooked noodles with the right amount of chew. Their fried chicken slaps as well!Food: 5/5

I was greeted immediately when I walked in and seated right away. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful and the ramen was delicious! I got the umami Dashi ramen, and it had the best broth I’ve ever tasted, it was so umami!!! 100/10 recommendVegetarian options: They had many vegan and vegetarian options.
