"I always love Amici’s. Yesterday, I received a delivery and a couple of the pizzas were burned. I called the store to let them know and a man who sounded like a manager answered. He told me he would send out new pizzas right away. When the pizzas got there, he had included two slices of cake. I was having such a bad day that day and that act of kindness really meant a lot to me. Just wanted to say thank you. Excellent customer service and food."

Food is great ! Lot many people enjoy their food , however, place is too small to freely accomate if more than 10 people comes at the same time .. pick n go should be a good idea..

This place gives you a not-freshly-baked cold pizza when you make a pick-up order. Are we supposed to make a special request to get a fresh one? The staffs need to learn to say thank you to customers.
