"I went there for breakfast during a NYC tour with my family. Actually we had breakfast there twice since the oatmeal and the pastries where really good, but especially the second time we didn’t enjoy the service. The employees looked like they we’re annoyed and pretty unfriendly. We waited for a cappuccino 15 minutes: this was actually no big deal but the girl who was supposed to make it was really bothered when we simply told her that we hadn’t got that yet."

Decent coffee, tasty bagels, friendly staff, all in all a very cosy place where you can relax. Too bad there is not too much room inside, so you might end up getting a takeaway breakfast. I will come back for sure!
