"Pros: homemade pasta perfectly cooked. Sausage and truffle sauce was very good and filled with lots of delicious tiny ground sausage specks (truffle flavor was very light). Waitress service was attentive if somewhat slow. Cons: appetizer plate consisted of extremely salty prosciutto with underripe melon, tasteless buffala mozzarella on mushy tomatoe, and a flavorless undercooked eggplant with a nice mellow goat cheese. We asked the Sommelierto recommend a full body wine and what we got was a thin, sharp, and one dimensional montepulciano. Any one who has any doubts about this place has never had a good meal in there life, this is the top of the top best place to go, I've never experienced fine dining Italian food like this not even in Italy, I went in an tasted every item on the menu An it was an amazing experience! Bacco is the only way to go!
