"We had veal and squash blossom. They were both amazing. Veal was juicy and had a crunchy exterior, perfect. Squash blossom is a tempura with ricotta cheese filling, and goes very well with the honeycomb and salad. For desert, we had a chocolate brownie with ice cream and whipped cream.The quantity of cream in that platter was quite something. Overall a great place with a beautiful view (outdoor seating)"

My wife and I took a nice ride up route 6A from our home by the Cape Cod Canal today in our Jaguar and stopped here for lunch. What a fabulous meal we enjoyed! Definitely on our list of great places to eat on Cape Cod. We will be back

Looking for a finer sit-down dinner in Orleans? If so, please put the Beacon Room on your list. Consistently excellent service and food for many years. The Beacon room has a very welcoming cozy feel that creates the perfect environment to enjoy what the kitchen and bar have to offer.

Delicious and great service. To get five stars a restaurant has to deliver on service and food. Everyone at the table had a great meal which is rare. Our server was outstanding and the food was too. The meal was about $150. We had two apps and three entrees. The atmosphere outside is lovely with hanging flowers surrounding.
