"Hands down the best Italian food in Mannheim. Being a student from Malta in Mannheim proved to be difficult with regards to food. Apart from take aways and Turkish kebab or pide joints it was difficult to find a genuine family owned restaurant with home...made food. Gianni's solved this problem. It is a little hole in the wall owned by a Sicilian family serving up delicious food from the old country. Their pizza, pasta and salads are amazing! Prices are also generous, for euros you can get a satisfying lunch or dinner. Service is fast and friendly, although I always spoke Italian with them so I cannot comment on how they serve Germans.
