"I went to this place literally 20 minutes before they closed, not realizing, since I was from out of town visiting for an international music festival in St. Augustine. Not only was the person attending me super friendly and very talkative, but not annoyingly so, he took my order promptly, and they prepared my food and delivered it within that twenty minutes! Nowadays, customer service is my key driving point beyond the taste of the food. If a business has solid customer service, I will be back. This is a jewel in St. Augustine. Excellent NY style pizza, excellent service and a small town atmosphere make this a go to place in town. Ask Jack for anything you may need s d he will get it! Great place to eat!

Would have been better if I was actually able to get some pizza. I ordered two slices and a drink. The pizza took too long to come out so I had to leave without eating and they actually had the nerve to charge me for the beverage! If you have a limited time for lunch, this may not be the best place to go!
