"We got there a half hour early and was seated. Serviced water, and 30 minutes later, nothing. Our waiter forgot about us, so we got up and left. Nobody noticed. It was Valentine’s Day and the the place was not crowded. I tired to book another restaurant but open table app wouldn’t let me unless Bourbon Street reservation was cancelled. The only way was to call the restaurant but they didn’t t answer their phone. I learned something new which was annoying. Around 8:45, trying to find another restaurant to book, I called Bourbon Street again to get them to cancel the reservation and told the gal what happened and all I got was a sorry. I couldn’t use Open table to book, so I was able to book...

I AM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED! The salmon dish I was so in love with was taken off the menu in early January! I will not be back unless and until they bring it back!

We had a reservation, but were seated by the back door. There were cracked seafood shells in the jambalaya, but the flavor was good. The rest of the food was decent, but presentation was lacking.

Bourbon Street reminds me of a neighborhood restaurant with drinks...comfortable but not fancy. The Jambalaya was spicy, but not overly so...the Blackened Sole had a large side of very nice vegetables that my wife really appreciated. We don't come to Bourbon Street often, but will keep coming back because it feels comfortable and has good food.

"WHAT INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE IS.I’ve heard from multiple friends this place was a ‘must go’ but since I don’t live close I’ve always been curious about trying this place. Last night me and some friends were near and were craving tacos, we went to the location in Anaheim but it was super packed, so we decided to go to this location and I think it was the best choice we ever made. It was busy but not as crazy as the one in Anaheim, unfortunately we got there minutes before the closing and there was no more ‘costillas’ available, which we wanted to try badly but that didn’t stopped us from ordering. We ordered a ‘cholo pizza’ with carne asada, and tacos from the prime meat menu. I would say this is the best carne asada I’ve ever had, it was so flavorful, not so dry and the portions are insane, YOU GET YOUR MONEY WORTH. The prime meats were so delicious and super tasteful, and again the amount of meat the put in the tacos is tremendously. Right after finished we had to get the Papa Loka just to try it and it was BOMB. WE COULDN’T EVEN FINISHED IT.The staff was very very nice, since they noticed it was our first time some of them they were recommending what to get and their favorite choices which were really good. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.The place is very clean, and the atmosphere is really nice…I can’t wait to drive all the wait to Fullerton again to eat here again, this time… for the costillas!"
