"I ordered takeout from this restaurant. The spinach lentil dish was very oily and watery, and it seemed to be lacking in both spinach and lentils. The vegetable curry was also quite oily, but it was more filling. The sambar soup was thin and oily too. I appreciate that they have a separate vegan menu, but this experience was disappointing."

The Sambar soup was thin and oily as well. It's nice that they have a vegan menu, but unfortunately, it didn't work out well in this case.
