"Having stayed at the Grand Elysee Hotel several times over the last 5-6 years we decided to try “Le Plateau Royal” at the Brasserie Flum which (as with the other 2-3 restaurants) is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. We were not disapointed....Everything was as it should be very fresh and delicious. We had a bottle of “Grau Burgunder” (Kabinett 2017) white wine to accompany the food. And a bottle of sparkling San Pellegrino mineral water. Approx. 125 Euros in total for 2 hungry guest which is very reasonable. At least we think so. The Brasserie Flum also serves a variety of classic brasserie dishes besides the seafood. We will definately be back ...."
