"The only enjoyable part of the evening were the drinks. The food was sub-par and the noise level aka I had to raise my voice to almost scream at my partner for him to hear anything I said. The noise level was off the charts, to the point where I had a scratchy throat by the time we left. The service was alright but nowhere close to what you expect for a place like Budda Bar. The waiter kept on leaning on our table, almost knocking over my partner's drink while speaking to the ladies seated next to us and forgot about us entirely once the appetizers were served until we tried to pay.
