"extremely rude and bad customer service. I wanted to pick up my order and the recipe gave me a bag that was only half of my order. I explained to her that it is not my whole order, but she said she had everything for me. buffalo wild wing hired made me openly show each box what I received and had a bad attitude and repeatedly said I work before, so not sure what she did in the kitchen. Finally, she had someone who pointed her to another pocket sitting there. this was a simple fix and courtesy it could even have made a positive experience, but coworkers was unhealthy that she wanted to prove. the food was cold and no taste. that was my first time to eat there at this place, and I have to say...

service was good. but spicy wide on wings not just the expectations. great aromen, but medium to strongly spicy gradients was not as pronounced as I could expect. independent of it, still enjoyed the wings

my hen was not cleaned properly and it still had to spring everywhere and it was undercooked. it looked like that was just killed and second cooked before I was handed over. I spent $40. That's ridiculous. I will also write a review and a picture of the huh on any review website that I can raise my hands because they want people salmonella and spring bomb down their throats for their business mistake. If I could give him a zero star, I would. I've already filled this stupid faq on her company side and no answer. So I filed a complaint with bbb.

"We were there celebrating two birthdays. Our server Faith was wonderful. She was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a table of 6 and ordered quite a bit of food, some of which was great and others lackluster. The bao buns were great and the small calamari salad was huge and those who had it said delicious. The spareribs were good as well as the edamame dumplings, although the way those were served made it hard to fully enjoy. Each dumpling should be on a individual type spoon so you can enjoy the soup part as well as the dumpling. The way they were served in one large bowl with only one spoon made it so the soup part is left at the bottom. I did request extra spoons from the expediter but they never came. The worst part of our appetizer course was somehow an item was switched to another in the computer and served to us. It had shellfish in it and that wasn’t known when someone at our table who doesn’t eat shellfish ate it. The sashimi was good but the tuna tartare thing was really bad. The entrees we had were the duck, which I was told was delicious, the miso cod, which was fishy, the whole fish which was tasteless, the lobster fried rice, which was okay but lacking flavor. The best dish was the black pepper beef, it was delicious and elegantly served. We had all the sides and all were quite good especially the eggplant and the wasabi mashed potatoes. It was a nice evening but it felt a little stale for a Starr restaurant."
