"Had reservations through open table. We stood there for 10 minutes without seeing any workers. Finally found someone and told him we had reservations for 10 minutes ago. He informed me that they don’t do reservations. After about 20 minutes we finally got to speak with the manager. He said they usually don’t do reservations (we always make reservations here), but they would get us seated. Over half of the restaurant was empty, so everyone waiting was confused. This location needs leadership."

Made a reservation the day before, and was contacted two hours before my reservation that it was canceled because of a draft party. Yes seems like very poor planning and management.
