"I've been coming to this restaurant for years. A while back, I stopped going due to high prices and low quality. However, we decided to give it another shot a few months ago, and now we find ourselves returning regularly. The lunch specials are the best deals on the menu. Robert always takes excellent care of us; he's been here for years and always remembers our orders and drinks. He really does a fantastic job!"

I waited only 15 minutes at 8:50 on Wednesday, June 20. They knew I was there, and it wasn't busy; I was the only person at the register waiting. As someone who works in the food industry, I found that ridiculous and somewhat lazy. When I was finally helped by what appeared to be a manager, she informed me that there would be a 30-minute wait for my order of 15 wings and nothing else. What a disappointment!
