"I ordered some beef sandwiches for carry out and the order was wrong (order wrong last 3 visits). I sent an email regarding the problem and they replied about me not getting my reward points???? It didn’t address my problem at all so I sent another email and got no reply at all. Looks like I need to find a new beef restaurant. Sad sad customer service."
