"We waited a long time for our food and then the waitress brought the wrong food. When we finally got our food it was cold and not not good at all. the chicken marsala was hard as a rock and the mahi mahi was fishy tasting. They didn't charge us for the chicken and we did get two glasses of wine on the manger. But, it was my boyfriend's birthday so it was not what we had expected at all. Usually we have a really good experience at Burntwood."

We go to Burntwood at least once a week. Everything is always good.

I know every business is struggling with staffing so I hesitate to criticize. Everything was mediocre. Per the Burntwood usual. Such a beautiful space, I just wish the food and service were a little better. But it’s still good enough that I go back.
