"Sooooo we love Casa Ole. We, my husband and I went to Casa after a dr visit. We ordered guacamole to have with our chips. We ordered shrimp enchiladas to share. When our wonderful waitress brought our single entree to share she also brought a plate. We grabbed our silverware, unwrapped the napkin off of it and mine stuck and ripped away from the fork leaving napkin all over it. His fork was not clean either. I told him to feel the plate and it was dirty too. And there was a hair in the entree. The waitress was very apologetic when I asked her could we please pay for the guacamole and teas that we ate and drank? We will not be eating this entree. Everyone was kind about it.
