The food we had was the 2 for $20 and included an appetizer. We had the Flautas for the appetizer, I had the Arroz con Pollo which is a boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a rich orange tomato sauce with mushrooms and onions served over a bed of rice and melted Monterey Jack cheese. My husband had the Macho Burrito which is a super burrito! I have dined at Casa Ramos many times and have never been disappointed. The portions are good sized, service is usually fun and friendly and the food is great. It's hard to find a quality restraunt in such a small town. I'm glad Casa Ramos is here in Mt Shasta.

Best service and quality food prepared with care. After 6 weeks of driving around California it was nice to have this as my final stop. Soups, meals and deserts were all excellent and rates on the top of dozens of Mexican dinning experiences over the past month and a half.
