"Sorry for long review... What a gem. We were visiting Denver, already had dinner earlier, decided to check this place out per recommendation. So glad we did.Recommend reservation as we didn 't have one. Place was full and talked to the manager for a while. He put us on the chef 's block . I thought great, sit next to a busy kitchen... But it was awesome. Great convo with kitchen staff, got to watch food prep, and staff kept sliding samples to us. Food was super excellent.Talk to your server about wine selection. He selected a wine that paired with every plate.Wouldn 't trade this culinary experience for anything."

Celebrating Mother's birthday! It was a true Spanish delish experience! Todo fue muy delicioso y nos encanto mucho! We had tempranillo and riesling to go with our food. Croquettes, parillada, soft whipped manchego, gosh it all was great!Food: 5/5

The service here was 100%! We were welcomed at the door, and Jacob, our waiter, was very attentive. We had to move tables a couple of times. Staff moved us without an attitude. The food was well prepared, and the chocolate cake for dessert was like no other. This is a really fun restaurant and we will be back.Food: 5/5

short story: go here, with a reservation. it be busy! The service is fantastic. the decor is so much fun! the ambiance is loud and lively. the plating is expectedly good. the menu delivers to Catelan expectations. Pairing recommendations are good (it's a wine bar after all). the mixologist offers strong modern cocktails. flavors are balanced across the menu. The food comes out a touch cool. The paella is traditional and good, the bread is note worthy as are the short ribs and croquettes.I look forward to my next visit!Kid-friendliness: not reallyParking: RiNo...Dietary restrictions: they asked up front!

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
