"Ordering delivery from this restaurant through Doordash comes with a risk. Despite requesting no ice cream for my drink, it was still delivered with ice cream. Additionally, the order was missing a straw and sauce. The sauce packets were simply stuck to the receipt in the bag. Now, my children and I are left with dry fries. I wish the restaurant had followed the instructions and paid attention to detail. It's disappointing that they didn't read the receipt properly, even though the bag was sealed. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating for me."

This restaurant is really spacious, one of the largest Kick-Fi-A locations I've been to. The service is friendly, but unfortunately the playroom for children is still closed.

Today, I ordered 30 nuggets for my children from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, we found some nuggets with a purple or brownish color, which looked quite unappetizing and didn't resemble real chicken. I'm not sure if they weren't properly cooked. This is the second time I've had a negative experience with Chick-fil-A, both at the Fort Worth and Arlington locations.

if there's one thing this location is consistent about, it's always on the mark about screwing up orders. This time the staff failed to include napkins or straws with the Doordash order. Even some of the nearby locations warned me before about how this particular location gets it wrong almost every time, and they couldn't have been more accurate. Come on guys, do better.
