"Feeling a little bittersweet about my visit. Visiting the area from outside Toronto for a baseball tournament. After a long day on the field, with intense heat and rain delays, we raced to the restaurant to finally have dinner. Staff in the drive thru were excellent. Since I was new to Chick fil A, my son encouraged me to get more than a salad and we headed to the hotel for our feast! Sadly though, when I went to dig in to my beautiful salad, there was no balsamic dressing! The restaurant was closed by this time, so I couldn't even run back. The chicken strip I tried was very tasty, as was the Mac and cheese we shared, but I'm sad about my salad."

No pup cups--not even if you're willing to pay. Lost my business. I can wait in a much more manageable drive-thru line (that doesn't amass half of a strip mall and blocks parking from other stores) for average fast food chicken.

Very fast and always accurate when it come to my orders. I love coming here. staff friendly. I know when you see that long line you think, they are going to take all day with your food. They are quick even when they are short staff.

Dear Lord of Mercy! I am from Georgia and this place would no longer be business there! 25 minutes to get through a ride, the employees who look like them prefer to be somewhere else, and barely hear a pleasure? In Georgia, employees in the GA summer stand outside with an iPad and still keep a big attitude! Here, it's tiny makeshift sheds where employees are still on their phones between customers. 5 star reviewers don't know what they are? Missed!
