"AWFUL customer service! I 've gone 3 times in 2 weeks as I 'm on a business trip and this is very close to the area I work. I was eating my favor meal in the table assigned there it was this Chili 's employee with a tablet With a very high Volume. After 10 I ask her Nicely if she can turn down the volume because it was loud plus very closely. She give me that negative look with out turning down the volumen. Ordered on line for delivery 3 blocks away since I didn’t want to go downtown streets at night with my boys. When delivered got wrong order and restaurant wants to put blame on door dash which is sad since they packed it they charged my credit card. Manager does not want to take responsibility. All I wanted was to not be charged for food I didn’t get. But they do not seem to care. If you like chili’s which I do, go to another location.

the worst service I ever had. we sat on the terrace at 5 on a Friday afternoon. there are not many people here, so o do not understand why the waiting period was for a drink over 17 minutes after ordering. my man had to go in and get him, and it just sat there in the service area. there are at least 4 employees I can see nothing to do. our appetizer came before my drink, without cutlery or teller. we had to go in and get them. our server has to go back.
