"The facelift provided to this place from the former Zengo layout to current is amazing. The flavors in the food was perfect. The crabcake had a hint of spice, that gave them a little kick. If you are a person like myself that has to be visually drawn in by food before you can eat it, then this place is for you. The plates were well plated. The crabcakes were a little smaller than expected compared to other places in the area that are about on the same scale. However, I was provided with an additional crabcake. Really good food. The Bruscetta was amazing. We had Bruscetta, Crab Cakes, a Dark Chocolate Tort and some chicken. The fries with the crab cakes were literally perfect. Just enough salt, loud crispy outside with a soft inside. If I'm being honest, they were better than the crab cakes themselves (which were also good and very light). The chicken was optimally juicy. The tort was good. The Bruscetta was the best part of the meal though. That bread was also perfect. The oil and cheese was super delicious and we'll definetely be getting that same Bruscetta when we come back. I wish I could just order 3 of the Bruscetta and call that a meal. Wait staff is nice. Came to CIRCA for happy hour on a Thursday, and they have these delicious Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps for $2 each! They also have other happy hour deals, but I only ordered the lettuce wraps. The good: The Bulgogi Lettuce Wrap was delicious! It contains marainted short rib, bibb lettuce, sticky rice, kimchi aioli, chopped peanuts, and micro cilantro. The sauce was creamy, and I enjoyed the savory beef, and all the ingredients well really well together! Will definitely come back to order more.
