"We have had prior great experiences at Commons Club, so were quite surprised to have such a bad experience this time. It was our anniversary, so we had high expectations. We were also next to an obnoxiously loud table, so we, in turn, had to shout to hear each other and could not hear the music we come to Virgin properties to enjoy.
