Absolutely incredible place. Roman taste, Philly grit, lovely owners. Core de Roma style Artichokes are sublime. Cacio e pepe and gricia pastas might have been very well be served in a Trastevere restaurant where Luigi is from. I can't believe it took me so long to discover this place. Will come back regularly.
