"Excellent! The service and food were outstanding. This was the best pot roast I've ever had at any Cracker Barrel; they really stepped up their game! It's my favorite place to eat on the street. The loaded sweet potato was amazing, and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of gift ideas, trinkets, snacks, sweets, and decorations for upcoming celebrations. I love the atmosphere of the place, and the bathrooms were clean. Plus, there was ample parking!"

"The service was excellent. My meal was both delicious and healthy, although the updated recipe for the corn bread was quite disappointing. For those seeking vegetarian options, the 'Sweetheart' dish is a good choice. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a dedicated children's menu. There is ample parking available nearby, and it is wheelchair accessible on the first floor."

The food was decent, and the waitress was friendly and nice. However, the bathrooms were dirty—not just at this location, but at several Cracker Barrel restaurants we visited on our drive to Naples, Florida. After dining at two places, we decided to look for alternatives. It makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen when the restrooms are in such poor condition.

"Amazing little restaurant full of fantastic people and incredible food! I 've only been here one time, but I can 't say enough good things about this restaurant and their staff. We are a couple of guys, members of a race team stuck in our 18-wheeler race car hauler at the TA truck stop just off I-70. We stopped here because they supposedly had an Iron Skillet Restaurant but that is closed because of covid. The last thing we wanted was another fast food meal. We looked on Google for a good sit-down restaurant and found Tony 's. Looked like they had great reviews. Called them to make sure they were actually open and they confirmed that they were open for dine-in until 9. I said that 's great, I 'll get a ride with Uber and be over there shortly . They said there is no Uber service here. Then offered to have their delivery driver come pick us up and take us to the restaurant, and then bring us back to our truck. I was floored! That is customer service! We asked him to pick us up at 7 and he was here at 7 on the DOT. Took us over to the restaurant where we had fantastic dinners and a couple of drinks. I had the sirloin which was cooked perfectly medium rare. Baked potato and green beans. Also cooked perfectly, I could drink the green bean juice it was so good. The salad that came with our meal was amazing. Not any salad out of a bag either, fresh chopped and diced ingredients. Cucumber, onion, tomato, real lettuce, not iceberg. We had the stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer, they are stuffed with cream cheese and fried in a light crispy batter. Get the Texas ranch, you won 't be disappointed. This advice is coming from a true Texan by the way. The service was fantastic, the place was clean, even the restrooms. We had a great time chatting with the servers, bartender and everyone there. Even the customers were a great crowd. If I could give this place six stars I would. Every time I pass through Ohio, I will make sure to stop at Tony 's!"

"This stuff is literally from a random container, mircrowaved, and fed to you. Tomatoes are somehow warm? Food tasted old and flavorless with an awful aftertaste and a very heavy feeling afterwards. Would make a Mexican want to take a bath with a toaster."

"The most recent experience was ordering a hot ready pepperoni pizza with wings. Cashier at the window said it would be between 10-15 min wait for the wings to be made and to wait in front of the building. I waited 20-25 mins instead before I went inside to check on the status of my order. The employee who waited on me at the window double checked that I ordered the wings and the pizza. I said yes, and he said he was giving me a fresh pizza because this has been sitting here for a minute. I appreciate the gesture and the fresh pizza. I believe I may have been forgotten to have my food brought out to my car because the pick-up space I was in is blocked from the view of the store by a support column. I wouldn 't be surprised if it 's a fairly regular occurrence; hopefully, they find a solution."
