"I've been eating here for ten years. What happened to the quality of food and personnel? Sit and wait 33 minutes for our order. The woman's order was cold and not complete. The waitress had an attitude when she asked her to get her a hot meal. It was burned back by the microwave. I never offered coffee refills. He asked for a manager who told me they had only 1 chef. I went without food and certainly not paid. We'll never eat there! Management leaves much to wish and think that food service workers cry for $15 per hour. we ordered both the steak burger with gravy and sauteed wobble. They were tasteful and tender. was a good choice. of course I spent a long time looking at the country shop while my companion sat in the swing chair on veranda. always a nice experience there.

Absolutely the best cracker barrel I've ever eaten. The service was great, the food was great, the people were so friendly and it was paid by one of the cartridges for my family of 7 meals! I got used to bad service and cold food in other crackers barrels, WELL this cracker barrel pissed hot fresh food at night at 9:00. God bless the staff!

This is a good experience. I stopped for breakfast this morning. Sa wait for food for over a half hours. I asked about my iron sunny side up (over light) and got protein fried hard. I ordered and paid for seasonal fruit I never received. I tried to understand because I know that everyone has problems with the staff, but nobody was even apologetic. Below is my sunny side up egg . Very disappointed
