"My wife and I ordered flamethrowers, only to be extremely disappointed. There was no spice, and the vegetables were so bad that even the trash can would have rejected them. It’s clear that the staff needs basic training in hygiene and food handling skills. Additionally, my children ordered kids' meals, which included a free dessert or 50 cents off a mini Blizzard. When we mentioned the coupon, the cashier insisted that it only applied to the 50 cents off, despite the coupon clearly stating otherwise. I wish I could offer assistance in teaching him how to read, but unfortunately, I live too far away. Plus, I doubt he would pass my tests."

Avoid the drive-through; the three Blizzards I ordered weren't frozen at all and seemed like they were made just five minutes before. I can't speak for the lobby, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going through the drive-through again.
