"We had a great lunch at Das Elephant on a beautiful sunny day. It’s definitely worth waiting for a reservation outside. There is a glass partition which stops the wind probably quite necessary on some days as you’re at the top of the mountain....The food was amazing there’s a good range for non meat eaters we had goats cheese with beetroot carpaccio to start, pasta with black truffle for mains. Swift and friendly service. A memorable experience indeed."

Absolutely delicious. The penne, steak tartare and schnitzel are all worth the (expensive) price. The bathroom also has to be seen to be believed!

We popped into Das Elephant to warm up, thinking we'd just have a coffee. Surprise it's a fine dining place at a ski lift station. The wasabi creme soup was incredibly good. Not cheap, but very, very good.

they must be reserved and while sitting outside is great it can get quite windy. also during the unprecedented hot magic ende februar we ended inside. probably my favorite meal during the four days I spent in flims. the truffle pasta was divine. the staff was very friendly and helpful and please use the bathroom....it will be a smile.
