I had ordered an open red wine to eat that came out of a broken big bottle and tasted accordingly. Through a weekend getaway in the Saarpfalz district we found this beautiful restaurant, off-road, in the old town of Kirkel. During our visit we first noticed the stylish, cosy ambience and a very ambitious service staff. Quality and taste of the dishes we ordered left nothing to be desired.
