The texture and crisp of them was perfect!Cons:-the potato salad. It was very bland, very large chunks of potato instead of diced, and there was cheese in it which I’ve never seen before. Great food. I got the spinach salad with brisket. Man! It was so good! I came back a few weeks later and got the same salad again. Once again it was out of this world good. Third time , a few weeks later I came back and got a brisket sandwich and fries. This was all so delicious. The fries weren't those yucky crinkle cut frozen junk...these are seasoned well and may have been frozen but great quality and flavor. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it

For LESS THAN $20, brisket, pulled chicken, BBQ beans, Mac cheese plus a fountain drink! The real test of a good BBQ house is that the pulled chicken wasn 't dried out, of which this was not! Beans, tasty with pieces of beef throughout. Mac and cheese was very good, plenty of gooey cheese. The brisket was spot on. A little bite to it but oh so tender and juicy!UPDATE 4-7-23.Ya have to get here early as they sell out, and for good reason too, it 's that good! Today, I had pick 2, ribs and chicken with mac 'n cheese and potato salad. Everything was spot on. Ribs had great tasty bark and the meat tender and moist. Chicken was very good as was the sides. One of my better BBQ establishments!
