"I really wanted to enjoy Dunkin' because I think it’s overly hyped, but my experience has been disappointing. There’s no consistency in how they prepare their drinks. I often order the same thing, and one day it will be excessively bitter, the next it will be overly sweet; only about one in three times do I actually get a decent cup of coffee. On my latest visit, my cold brew was so bad it was undrinkable—it tasted like it had been left out for days and had spoiled."

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Asheville. They always forget half of your order and then still manage to get it wrong after you’ve told them. Drive a little further and go to the one near the airport instead.
