"On November 22 at about 2:30pm went through the drive through and after I had completed my order they didn't tell me how much the drinks where. Got to the window to pay and get the drinks and waited for 10 minutes before they came to the window, also while in that ten minutes they had our drinks ready, but worked on the two other orders behind us before finally give us our drink. Was ready to leave and much better prefer the Dunkin Donuts heading North out of Wausau. Very disappointed in the service performance."

I love Dunkin’ Donuts and this one was my favorite but this morning I ordered the same drinking always order a large iced latte with the sugar-free toasted almond flavoring and two extra shots of espresso and you can clearly see by the picture that it’s literally just milk today very very very disappointed

Typically we go through the drive thru however today we went inside. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The female restroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned or mopped in weeks. The cover on top of the toilet didn't even fit and the handle was held up with duct tape. Not only was the restaurant filthy but I may suggest personal hygiene is important as well.

We stopped on this Dunkin' on the way north. It is easy to find and access from the highway. My vegan daughter had the avocado toast with tomatoes and a side of hashbrowns. She also has a coffee with oat milk. Everything looked great, and they definitely enjoyed the flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful. For my part, it was a cream-filled bismark. Holy Darn Jeepers, who was dangerously despicable. On our next trip I will remind them of this toast so I can beat the donut again. I need two. Get yourself!
