I go here often because its on my way to work. I've ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese on 3 different occasions expecting and hoping the bagels would be fresh but ALWAYS stale. Ive also ordered the bagel bites and its the same freezer burn smh. The coffee is good and pretty consistent but I wouldn't order anything else..

I went this morning asking for 2 medium coffee the lady in front not even greet me also I told her my 2 medium coffees with half milk half coffee when she gave me my coffees she put cream she was rude throwing both coffees from the front counter to the sink she barely put milk this was my first and last time coming here very disappointed

This used to be my favorite Dunkin to visit, always friendly, always fast. This is no longer the case. I understand they are most likely short staffed like many places are these days. But the orders are taking way too long (20 minutes for a coffee and bagel bites) and the staff is rude to the customers. I will not be going back to this location again.
