"During the trip thru on a rainy day on the motorcycle we had to stop for a hot coffee to warm up. Apparently, they were short staff and pushed to the border when I thanked 1 of the employees she had tears in her eyes before exhaustion). The lobby was full. Things have not been printed as they should. No one had a break since the opening still the conversation was positive with someone who was too late and 1 said we need to keep the lobby open because they really need the job. Customers were great and patient. Just a reminder to thank and appreciate the people who try so hard in this crazy world!"

Coffee was good but I always feel like this location is out of stuff, machines not working... I know its not the staffs fault. I wish the company would set this one up for success

Worst experience I?ve had at a Dunkin? on 3 separate occasions! Always get the orders wrong wait times are absurd. Not very friendly either. Would recommend going to a different location to get your Dunkin? fix. Or better yet shop local and go to Spokecoffee down the street!
