"my friend and I like to eat. he's a cook, and I'm a total cook. we have agreed el mason for a date in the other night. he was completely satisfied with his tortilla soup (very cooler servier style with the meat and suppe separated and they pour it over them) and he also got the grilled new York steak and began with the classics from Spain. I really loved this restaurant when I first moved to dayton, but quickly tired of the three vegetarian entrees on the menu (a veggie over reis, fajitas, and drilling and rice dried). the atmosphere is fantastic, however, and the beverage menu is excellent.

I can't believe this place has no better reviews! the sangria is amazing, the trio dip sampler is amazing (and all vegan), and they have several veg options, including a veggie burger and Korean meat balls. my favorites are the cheekberry dish and the vegetarian sampler with an empanada, yuca, etc. (please specify if they are vegan, so that they leave any milk). it is really delicious and the portions are huge!

I've been here for over 20 years as a vegan/vegetarian. The Veg options are today the same as they were 20 years ago. the sweet dishes have always been good, but I have always thought that they should have more of a commitment to serve us more vegan and vegetarian. it is very easy to make vegan versions of many of the traditional Latin dishes. I have given them a pass, but I am now convinced that there must put a pressure on them to increase it a bit. there is absolutely no reason why they are not a separate vegan menu, with appetizers and entrees and not just some pages that are accidentally vegan and three entrees that are actually just next to dishes plated as entrees.
