"If I could give less stars I would. I went last night and bought pulled pork with yuca and black beans. When arrived at home the first thing I dug into was the black beans. I tasted something crunchy so I thought it might be the bay leaf. When I pulled out what i thought was the leaf it was a two inch cockroach I bit into. I will never eat there in my life again and I advise anyone who goes to check their food before they go. So disgusted ?. What sux the most is I loved eating there who knows how many times I've eaten bugs or roaches or rat droppings"

Love to order food to go for my mom. Their fish fillet is ??, in the section behind the Chicharrones. And chicharrones are ???. Not to mention their variety of sandwiches. My favorite is pan con Tortilla w/ham and swiss cheese . Always going back for more.Food: 5/5

The food is great. I got lunch special arroz Amarillo con camarones. Later I tried tamale..the ordering process is a little bit confusing and overwhelming. They take payment at the counter you order from. We ordered from different counters and had to pay each time. I would have preferred to pay for the total order.Food: 5/5

"I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"
