"We had a very disappointing experience. They lost our order, we did not get served food for an hour and a half, and at that point, our server rushed to make our salads himself with no dressing. They were understaffed, out of several Menu items at a 5 pm dinner, no bartender. I complained and told them of my concerns and was given a feee drink instead to go. I spoke to a manager the next day who promised he would get back to me with some way to make it right and never followed thru."

Amazing food and a wonderful place. Plan on 2.5 to 3 hours for the full experience. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful restaurant. Our food was very good. Service was very good as well. I would only suggest the waiters to communicate more discretely between each other. They were a bit loud when talking to each other.
