"they say they find themselves in Salzgitter-Bad... not exactly the center of the university, and want a great place to eat. now, do not look further than this absolute culinary delight of a restaurant. conveniently located on a main street, we went slightly from our hotel on a basis of a recommendation, and so three evenings in a series very unusual for us, but we were impressed. how such a super Italian cook ends in a sleepy German city, never stops to surprise us. (Salzgitter-Bad is a convenient, accessible and intelligent price carrier for easy car rides to hildesheim, goslar or brownish, so it doesn't feel as good as it feels. the restaurant offers large groups for special occasions as well as casual diners. they can come there when they open at 17 o'clock and take their chances as we first evening, but I would still suggest a reservation as it seems to be by far the most popular place in the city with the locals. they can ask to sit in the large, dark green umbrellas, or they can sit inside where the decor is neat, but unexcepted. this is about eating. as it was summer and hot, we ate outside to catch the brise side customers in jeans and beautiful party clothes. that's not your corner pizza joint. there are raised foods, but nothing is overdue or pretentious, including the prices that were quite reasonable for the amount and quality of the delicious food we were served. our bill has never cost more than 47 euro, including all the food, weeping and spirits we enjoyed. now, about eating: I rarely eat steak in Germany because it was a great disappointment in comparison to medium-western American bark, but ordered the bistecca ai funghi (two) and was absolutely grounded. a thick, juicy, rare steak came, with a beautiful crust, but tender enough to cut with a butter knife, embroidered with tasteful mushrooms with fresh rosmarin and thymian, along with roasted kartoffels and the best bacon-wrapped green beans that I would ever put in my mouth. the delicate sauce, carved with oils, fresh crumbles and sun-dried tomatoes, pulled together the aromes of the shell. before we had a free appetizer as well as a basket with hot, freshly baked brot and a homemade spread (karbic, freshly crumbled and ? and our wein. be careful, do not fill up! along with our entrée came a colorful salad with small tasty presentation was professional and perfect. the menu is quite extensive, so there is certainly something that pleases everyone in their party. my man shaved over all three of his meal times: the first was a melt-in-your-mouth-gnocchi special filled with stone mushrooms, with small leaves from truffles and a special cream sauce, etc. the second was a plentiful plate of pasta with sampi, and the third was a crusty seafood pizza. everything was prepared to order and taste as it came fresh from the garden, sea or metzger. By the way, if they like sambuca as their after-Italian dinner drink, that is the place to order it. my man was served every night a second in the house. I wanted to snore an ice cream dessert, a significant weaken of me. the service was attentive and fast to German standards, although the restaurant was very busy. the server (probably family) were friendly and spoke somewhat English when my limited German and Italian vocabulary missed me. when we are 50 km away from this opposite, we will be sure to make a way around to apply this excellent restaurant. we suggest that they also consider it. buon divertimento!"
