The service of Alexis and Essen were amazing. I usually don't like spits, but the shaved breasts have changed my mind. We had the beefbasturma for a starter. My wife got the cat as her duck and I had the grilled beef fillet. We'd eat it the next day.

A quick trip to Nashville left us with the time to try for a restaurant, and according to the reviews for Ect., we immediately made a reservation. Had high expectations, and the food blown us away. The Korean bistro salad was perfectly balanced and creative, and I highly recommend the curry vegetables pasta and pork role. Our server was prompt, friendly and creepy, had a good time to chat with him. We will definitely come back!

It's just one of the better places I ever dense. The menu is interesting and dynamic (including items that cannot be displayed online). Each dish has soooo many thoughtful components. For the one I decided it was lawfully better with every bite. I didn't know that there could be so many thoughtful touches on a single plate, with everything else coming together. Banana corma, rhubarb chutney... Things I would never realize that my life was missing until I visited here! There are fresh, healthy, earthy aromas on the board that you feel good at eating it.
