"Didn't know it was under new ownership. Bad move. Phoned in my order. Got hung up on once and after calling back to back I finally got an answer and stayed on phone to take the order which I had to repeat multiple times. I showed up to get my order and the lady who I placed the order with did not even make eye contact with me. She just stood there writing something down as I waited for like 5 min. I also did not like the fact that she had an ear bud in her ear. I also work in the server industry and that is a big NO NO.
