"Ours was a table for two. The table was not level. The iced water glass slid off the table by itself five seconds after it was placed on the table by the waiter. Other than this, everything was great! Excellent waiter. Thank you!"

Arrived from out of town earlier than planned so decided to sit at the bar instead of our scheduled table. Food was good service could have been better.

I’ve eaten at Firebirds plenty of times. But this afternoon I had a amazing waiter. I believe his name was Lucas? Anyway great server! Fast, Amazingly Nice! Perfect service!

In consistent service. Steaks over cooked. Medium rare ordered but medium well was served. Margaritas we served in different glasses sometimes salted not salts. Basically no standards are set and workers do what the please.
