"To clarify, Flying M Restaurant is no longer. It is Desert Grill (they are one and the same) the waitress confirmed that Flying M was bought out about 2 years ago. The waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was good. Great place to stop for a quick dine in experience especially when the test of town was closed for the holiday weekend."
