"I wanted to like this place, because the menu looked great, but sadly left, feeling well disappointed. First of all, though there is an entrance right off of California, it was looked with no signage to indicate how to best get in, other than a sign saying, this entrance is for the restaurant only. So we walked to the front of the hotel and went through the food hall to get to the restaurant. Our server was excellent and took very good care of us, and made a couple of recommendations on the food. when the food came out, it looked really good. However, this is where the disappointment, hit. My wife ordered the Scallops, and they came out very chewy. They were edible, but you could tell that...

Our server was excellent. The prices were a bit steep, especially for downtown Denver. However, my white wine was not chilled to the proper temperature (it seemed closer to room temperature), and my soup was not hot. Additionally, my salad was missing the pistachios.

My waiter gave good suggestions on what I should try and was very friendly. Another waiter diligently refilled my water glass. I felt very comfortable and the noise level was pleasant. The food was good, though I wish I had gotten appetizers. Overall it was a good experience!

The server initially brought the wrong drink and then completely forgot my correct drink, requiring me to ask her twice. The dinner was mediocre, with the ratatouille being overcooked and the bread served with it being too hard. The salad was decent, but the chicken I added was dry. I would not recommend this restaurant.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
