"The café is small but full of delightful smells, flavors and people! The service was on site, although most tables are full, the server needed time to explain the menu, make suggestions and answer questions. Once a glass was near empty, it quickly refilled the entire experience was fast and pleasant. And then there's the food! We ordered the Yucca Fries to begin enjoying the sriracha aioli also. My husband ordered lentils with rice steak (with avocado slices a whole fried sweet plantain) and swept over the steak. Unbelievable! Somehow we began to follow this direction, looked at the sign and understood why. MMMmm! We have the Quinoa Salad, Yuca Fries, *Cauliflower Cream Soup* and threw a Ciabiatta beer in just for fun! Lol. Apparently Equador is not known for her bread at all, especially more about rice obviously her lenses. We asked our beautiful waitress a few questions about the beautiful country and got some great information in return. It is so amazing to see how big life is and to open your eye what is in your own BACKYARD!. !

We stayed three times in the last weeks at Fresh Pot Cafe after we discovered it. Love! We slowly make our way through the entire menu everything is just so dang good, fresh and illustrates the integrity of the owners (which are also the chefs, servers and cashiers). Below is the Spicy Shrimp Sandwich on a Hoagie with the Sauteed Kale Salad, the Louisiana Crispy Fish Sandwich on a Hoagie with the Strawberry Spinach Salat and our appetizer of Fried Yucca with a Chipotle Mayo diving sauce. Very delicious sandwiches with fresh ingredients! Our favorite meals are the fried pork and shrimp and Crispy Grits!
