"Sub par sandwiches. Inconsistent quality. They are always running out of breads (croissants). Service/staff are unprofessional and forgetful. The environment is cold, and sterile. Just painting and better blinds would help. And please, step into the 21st century and get new overhead lighting. When I go in, which is rare now, I am delighted when we leave. Try some booths as well. I would love to support local businesses, but only those that make an effort to get my business.
